Board of Governors (BOG) General Assembly

We encourage you to join your elected officers and delegates as they plan and discuss the future of USDF.

Who represents Participating Member (PMs) on the BOG?

Participating Member (PM) delegates represent the interests of all USDF Participating Members (PMs) within their respective region on the USDF Board of Governors (BOG). During the BOG General Assembly at the Adequan®/USDF Annual Convention, PM delegates vote on various governance matters (ex: committee proposals, USDF proposed budget), elect their region’s Regional Director, and elect the Officers and At-Large Directors of the USDF Executive Board. Communication is key between PMs and the PM delegates that represent them on the BOG.

PMs are encouraged to contact their region’s PM delegates with any questions or concerns, or to provide feedback.

Who represents Group Member Organizations (GMOs) on the BOG?

Group Member Organizations (GMOs) with a minimum of 25 members and in good standing with USDF are eligible to appoint a delegate or proxy to represent the interests of their GMO on the USDF Board of Governors (BOG). During the BOG General Assembly at the Adequan®/USDF Annual Convention, GMO delegates and proxies vote on various governance matters (ex: committee proposals, USDF proposed budget), elect their region’s Regional Director, and elect the Officers and At-Large Directors of the USDF Executive Board.

Group Members are encouraged to contact their GMO’s delegate or proxy with any questions or concerns, or to provide feedback.
