MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR Specializing in Horse Registrations
The United States Dressage Federation, a national non-profit equine organization located at the Kentucky Horse Park, has an immediate full-time hourly, data entry position open in the Membership Department. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing horse registrations and entering pedigree information; and assisting members by providing horse related services such as transferring ownership, recording leases, name changes and All-Breeds Award declarations. Candidates for this position must possess experience in data entry, excellent customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of equine terminology is required, and familiarity with breed registry papers is preferred. USDF offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. COMPETITIONS COORDINATOR
The United States Dressage Federation, a national non-profit equine organization, has an immediate full-time hourly, data entry position available in the Competitions Department. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, verifying and processing results data received from dressage competitions according to specific competition and awards rules, scanning and electronic filing of related documents, and corresponding with competitors and show management. Candidates for this position must be experienced in, or have an aptitude for data entry, excellent customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment and must be detail oriented. Equine knowledge a plus. Software knowledge required: Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word. ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
The United States Dressage Federation, a non-profit equine organization, located at the Kentucky Horse Park, is seeking applicants for a full-time Accounting Coordinator. Applicant must have experience with general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and warehousing. Applicant must have a working knowledge of accounting software and accounting principles, be a team player, detail oriented, accurate and efficient. Essential job functions: Prepare account and bank reconciliations, analytical reviews, analysis spreadsheets, monthly journal entries, monitor and reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger accounts monthly, assist in updating and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, maintain employee health and dental deductions and reconcile to monthly billing statements, and accounts payable functions. Additional skills include experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and MAS 90. The USDF offers an excellent benefit package. College degree preferred; salary will be commensurate with experience.
